Did you know that Singapore Noodles are actually from CHINA? Well, they are a Chinese dish and taste amazing, this recipe shows you how to make Singapore Noodles in a Vegan way with everyday ingredients in UNDERĀ 10 Minutes.

Where to Find Ingredients in India? (Click on the item to see where it can be bought)

4 nests of wholewheat noodles (or use brown rice/buckwheat noodles or regular noodles)
2 tbsp sesame oil (or sunflower oil) Tip: Use sunflower oil, it’s cheaper.
4 scallions/spring onions
2 cloves garlic
Thumb sized ginger
1 red chilli (they recommend a red chilli that is not dry)
3 tbsp tamari/ soy sauce
1 block of tempeh/ tofu (or useĀ 250g mushrooms instead)
1/2 carrot
150g sugar snap peas (not available in India, use regular peas)
1 red pepper (red capsicum, available in major supermarkets)
1 yellow pepper (yellow capsicum, available in major super markets)
Juice of 2 limes
Small bunch of coriander
To garnish
Sesame seeds
Toasted cashews
